Elmhurst University Athletics

A 1986 graduate, Sharon played on Elmhurst's 1985-86 women's basketball and 1986 softball teams that captured Chicago Metro Conference championships. In basketball, Sharon is second all-time in career shooting percentage (51.2%) and free throw percentage (71.9%). In 1985-86, Sharon set single-season shooting records for field goals (57%) and free throws (80%). Her 41 points versus Carthage College on January 23, 1986, is a single-game record. Forgue is second only to classmate Karen Kinsella with 997 career rebounds and ranks fourth in career scoring with 1,489 points. Sharon also lettered in softball four years and twice led the team in hitting (.359 in 1985 and .364 in 1984).
