Guy Nardulli was a two-time All-American for the Bluejay football team, earning third-team honors in 1994 and second-team accolades in 1995. He was also a two-time all-region and three-time All-CCIW selection. He was a CCIW first-team selection in 1994 and 1995 and earned second-team honors in 1996. He was selected as a Preseason All-American in 1996 and participated in the USA Division III Senior Class All-Star Game.

Nardulli holds career records in takeaways (20) and defensive touchdowns (four) while also ranking second in interceptions (14) and total kickoff returns (53). He also ranks fifth in career fumble recoveries with six. He also holds the single-season record for defensive touchdowns with three in the 1994 season.

In addition, Nardulli holds single-game records for longest interception return (a 100-yard score in 1994) and most interceptions in a game (three).
