Dom Demma was a standout two-sport start for the Bluejays. Demma excelled on both the football and baseball fields while at Elmhurst. A two-time all-conference selection at quarterback, he set single-game records for passing yardage (455), touchdown passes (5), and completions (38). He also set single-season records in total offense (2421), completion percentage (63.2%), touchdown passes (26), and passing yardage (2,425). He finished his career as Elmhurst's all-time career leader in pass completions (527), completion percentage (61.4%), passing yardage (6,283) and touchdown passes (59) while throwing just 25 interceptions.

Demma was also a two-time all-conference selection in baseball while manning third base. He finished his baseball career ranked seventh in career hits (178), second in career RBI (133), third in doubles (38), seventh in extra-base hits (54), and sixth in total bases (260).
