An American Volleyball Coaches Association Second-Team All-American in 2001, Jennifer Frantzs' name is written in several places in the record book. Frantz earned three all-conference honors in volleyball, being named to the first team on two occasions and the second team once.

When she closed out her career in 2001, she had set the school's single-season digs record of 617 (now ranks fourth) and totaled the second-highest single-season kills record of 490 (now third).

She became the school's all-time leader in digs with 2,001 (now second) and career leader in kill attempts with 4,232 (now second). She also ranked second in career kills with 1,475 (now sixth) and fifth in career service aces with 233 (now sixth).

The Bluejay volleyball team compiled a 128-30 record in Frantz's four years with the program. The team won three CCIW titles and advanced to the NCAA tournament three times, including two appearances in the regional finals (Sweet 16).
