Elmhurst University Athletics

A 1982 graduate, Donald etched his name in the Elmhurst College record book by establishing four season records and three career records by the end of his career. Three of those records he still holds today—the single-season records for touchdowns (16), points (96) and rushing yards (1165). Of his other records, he still ranks high atop the Elmhurst record book in single-season carries with 217 (ranks 4th), career touchdowns with 43 (ranks 3rd), career points with 258 (ranks 2nd) and career rushing yards with 3540 (ranks 2nd).

Donald was named to the first-team all-CCIW in 1978, 1979, and 1980 and was a NAIA All-American in 1978. The team’s record during his four years was 27-9 and it won two CCIW Championships. Donald was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL in 1981.
