A two-year member of the Elmhurst volleyball team, Kim Meyer made the most of her seasons with the Bluejays.
Meyer earned a pair of All-America honors during the 2000 season in which she helped lead the Bluejays to their second CCIW Championship under head coach Julie Hall. The Bluejays finished with a 64-15 record during Meyer's two seasons with the squad.
During the 1999 season, she ranked second on the team in kills (392), kills per game (3.19), service aces (39), digs (469) and digs per game (3.81). She earned second-team all-CCIW honors and CCIW All-Tournament team honors.
In her final year of eligibility during the 2000 season, Meyer earned second-team All-America honors from the AVCA and was also tabbed as an Asics Tiger third-team All-American. She earned first-team all-conference accolades while leading the team in kills (469), kills per game (3.66), service aces (47) digs (545) and digs per game (4.26). Her 469 kills ranked as the fourth-highest single-season total in Elmhurst history (now seventh) while her 3.66 kills per game ranked third (now fifth). Her 545 digs was also the third-highest single-season total in Elmhurst history (now 13th).
Meyer’s 4.03 digs per game average established a new school record at the time (now fifth). She was named the College’s Co-Female Athlete of the Year in 2001.
Meyer also had success in the classroom, earning the College's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2001.
