A 1994 graduate, Baughman showed consistent production both on the basketball court and in the classroom. Baughman was not only a four-year letter-winner; she was also honored three times as a conference all-academic selection. Her scoring average reached double figures during three of her four seasons, and peaked in her senior year at 18.9 points per game. Baughman ranks among Elmhurst's all-time top five in the key categories of career rebounds (4th, 672), points (5th, 1,182), and field goals (5th, 511). She played in 89 out of a possible 93 games as a Bluejay.
