ELMHURST, Ill. - Elmhurst University men's lacrosse seniors Ryan Swank, Ethan Stepanek, and Noah Mickelson earned Scholar All-American Honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA), and the team as a whole earned the scholar team award, as announced by the professional organization Thursday afternoon. 

The Bluejays earned a Team Academic Award from the USILA for their efforts in the classroom, with the team earning a 3.43 GPA this spring semester. Teams qualified for the award by earning a 3.0 GPA or above.

Swank, Stepanek, and Mickelson earned USILA Scholar All-American honors thanks to strong seasons in the classroom. All three earned a GPA above a 3.30, while Stepanek earned a perfect 4.0 GPA in the spring semester. Mickelson adds to his academic honors earned in the 2024 season after being named Elmhurst's Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year just last week.
