CHICAGO, Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's track and field team totaled seven points to tie for 18th place at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships hosted by the University of Chicago.
Elmhurst's seven points tied DePaul University for 18th place. North Central College won the team title with 182 points.
Pat Austin was the top finisher for the Bluejays, totaling three points in the 10,000 meters. Austin placed sixth in the 10,000 with a time of 31:25.08.
Mark D'Angelo scored two points for the Bluejays by placing seventh in the 400 meters. D'Angelo crossed the finish line in 49.97 seconds.
Jake Austin scored the final two points for the Bluejays in the 800 meters. Austin placed seventh in the event with a time of 1:57.14.
Elmhurst runs at the Benedictine University Invitational on April 16.
