NSCAA Regional Poll

ELMHURST, Ill. - Following its thrilling 2-1 overtime victory over previously unbeaten Wheaton College, the Elmhurst College women's soccer team has vaulted into seventh place in the latest NSCAA Central Region Poll.

The Bluejays cracked the top-10 in the regional poll for the first time this season with their upset of the Thunder on Saturday night.

Wheaton remains the top team in the region poll while Illinois Wesleyan University is ranked second with Washington University (Mo.) finishing third in the poll.  The University of Chicago and Aurora University round out the top-five. Principia College is ranked sixth while Adrian College is tied with Elmhurst for seventh place. Augustana College is slotted ninth and Alma College is ranked 10th.

Elmhurst (11-3-1, 2-2-1) hosts Millikin University on Wednesday (October 26) before completing the regular season on Saturday (October 29) with a road game at Augustana College.
