ELMHURST, Ill. – Sophomore Rhenzo Augusto picked up another conference honor following his title at the Pete Willson Invitational last weekend, winning the CCIW Men's Wrestling Student-Athlete of the Week award for the second time this season.

Augusto claimed the individual title at 157 pounds with five victories at the event hosted by Wheaton, recording two falls with one coming in just 31 seconds in the quarterfinal match.

The sophomore now has five CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week awards to his name, after claiming the 157-pound title at the Willson Invitational in back-to-back seasons.

Augusto and the rest of the Bluejays men's wrestling squad are preparing for the 2026 CCIW Championships, hosted by Carthage in Kenosha, Wisc., on Saturday, Feb. 14.
