NAPERVILLE - After steering the Elmhurst University women's golf team to one of the most successful seasons in program history, Head Coach Melissa Schwab has been named Co-CCIW Coach of the Year. Schwab shares the honor with Illinois Wesleyan's Craig Onsrud.

Schwab's Bluejays turned in an exceptional 2024–25 season, finishing in the top five in nine tournaments. Eight of those results landed Elmhurst in the top three, including three runner-up finishes and three tournament victories—highlighting the team's consistent presence at the top of leaderboards throughout the year.

A standout moment came at the CCIW Preview, where the Bluejays fired a school-record round of 306. That same day, senior Regan Bobich etched her name into the record books with a blistering round of 70—the lowest single round in program history. Bobich capped her senior campaign by earning CCIW runner-up honors at the conference championship, finishing solo second with a three-day score of 227 (+14).
