ELMHURST, Ill. – Elmhurst University standout Lorrie Decker has been recognized among the top Division III women's bowlers in the nation by the National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA), earning national statistical leader honors in two key categories for the 2024–25 season.
Decker led all Division III bowlers in strike percentage, converting strikes on an impressive 50.3% of her attempts. She also topped the division in Baker double percentage, achieving doubles at a 55.4% rate.
The NTCA Statistical Leader Awards Program, launched at the conclusion of the 2017–18 season, recognizes the top individual performers in six statistical categories across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III. Decker was one of just two bowlers in Division III to lead in multiple categories this season.
