OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Elmhurst University men's track and field team kicked off the 2024-25 indoor season with a third lace finish at the UW-Oshkosh Earlybird Invite on Saturday (Dec. 7).
The Bluejays would 49 points, good enough for third out of five other schools. Host UW-Oshkosh would score an astounding 314 points while finishing in first, and Loras College would finish in second with 109 points.
Many Bluejays were able to set first-time, or new Personal records.

- Hemory Phifer placed in 10th with a distance of 6.10m (PR)
Triple Jump:
- Kayton Garret secured 3rd with a distance of 13.29m (PR)
- Christian Doyle finished 5th with a distance of 12.83m (PR)
- Braxton Mitchell finished 6th with a distance of 12.60m (PR)
- Hemory Phifer finished 7th with a distance of 12.12m (PR)
- Jeffrey Leighliter placed 8th with a distance of 11.68m (PR)

The Bluejays are back in action next Friday, December 13, at the Blue Demon Holiday Invite in Chicago, Ill.
