Whitewater Wisc. - The Elmhurst men's track and field team was back in action this weekend in Whitewater, Wisconsin for the UW-Whitewater Squig Converse. The team would finish 8th out of 8 teams, Stevens Point finished in third (89.5), Whitewater second (144), and UW- La Crosse first (200). 

Logan Turney was the highest scorer for the Bluejays, landing in the 4th spot for Pole Vaulting with a mark of 4.46m. Rickey Martinez finished 5th and set a new personal best of 13.64m in the Triple Jump. And Marvin Tchangwa finished 6th in the 800m with a time of 1:57.75. 

In running, many Bluejays set new personal bests. In the 60m, Tyrees Miller and Tj McNamara, while Zuhair Khan set personal bests in both the 60m and 200m. In the One Mile, both Preston Bailey and Martin Diaz set new personal bests as well. 

Along with Martinez in the Triple Jump was Kayton Garrett, who also was able to set a personal best in the event. 

Nicholas Ervin was able to set a personal best in both Shot Put and Weighted Throws.
