WHEATON, Ill. – The Elmhurst University men's track and field team tallied 66.5 points to place fourth out of 15 teams at the Elmhurst University Twilight Invitational.

Luca Ferrantelli earned a 10th place finish in the 200 meters, crossing the finish line in 23.26 seconds. Marvin Tchangwa scored a fourth-place finish in the 400 meters, completing the race in 51.18.

Braxston Redmon scored a fifth-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.55, adding four points to the Bluejays' team total. James Palumbo tallied three points in the 1,500 meters, placing seventh in 4:07.09. Dylan Moran finished fifth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:01.96, adding five team points for the Bluejays.
Eric Jandura and TJ McNamara both earned top-10 finishes in the 110 hurdles. Janudura placed eighth in 16.68 seconds while McNamara finished 10th in 17.68 seconds. Andrew Wieser finished third in the 400 hurdles in 1:01.32 while Andrew Matuszewski finished sixth in 1:03.55. Adrian Campos added a seventh-place finish in 1:05.42.
 
The Bluejays scored eight team points in the 4x100 relay by placing second. The squad of Julian Cavallo, Rickey Martinez, Ferrantelli and Jeremy Inniss finished the race in 42.75 seconds. Elmhurst's 4x400 squad of Matuszewski, Jeff Milostan, Tchangwa and Redmond finished second in 3:29.08.
 
Matt Tobin score a team point in the pole vault, placing eighth by clearing a height of 4.00 meters.

Elmhurst added seven top-10 finishes in the jumps. Brett von Schwedler placed seventh in the high jump by clearing a height of 1.66 meters while Ian Loudermilk finished eighth with a height of 1.61 meters. Uzair Ali finished fifth in the long jump with a distance of 6.51 meters while Inniss placed sixth with a leap of 6.46 meters. Martinez added a fourth-place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 12.32 meters while Uzair placed fifth (12.27 meters) and von Schwedler finished eighth (11.84 meters).
 
Chris Pedersen scored a point in the hammer throw, placing eighth with a toss of 35.46 meters. He added a top-10 finish in the shot put with a throw of 12.36 meters.
