WHITEWATER, Wis. - Competing with a limited number of participants, the Elmhurst University men's track and field team totaled 25 points to place seventh at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Rex Foster Twilight Invitational.

Marvin Tchangwa was the top finisher for the Bluejays, placing second in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.53. 

Braxston Redmond raced to a third-place finish in the 400 meters with a time of 49.81 seconds. Andrew Matuszewki placed 16th in the same race, crossing the finish line in 53.85 seconds. 

Elmhurst also added 11 points in the javelin with a pair of top-five finishes. Logan Techentin placed third with a toss of 47.54 meters while Brett von Schwedler finished fourth with a toss of 44.96 meters. 

Elmhurst runs tonight at the Wheaton College Invite.
