CHICAGO, Ill. – The Elmhurst University men's track and field team scored 64 points to place fourth out of seven squads at the University of Chicago's Windy City Rumble.

Braxston Redmond totaled 10 points for the Bluejays by winning the 400 meters. Redmond finished the race in 51.54 seconds.
Marvin Tchangwa added a third-place finish in the 800 meters, crossing the finish line in 2:01.95.

The Bluejays added 20 team points in the 5,000 meters.
Dylan Moran was the first runner to break the finish line, winning the race in 15:56.09.
Jeremy Lodewyck added a third-place finish in 16:24.0 while
Cailan Loebel placed fifth in 16:48.41.

Ian Loucermilk added an eight-place finish in the 60 meter hurdle, finishing the race in 9.08 seconds. The Bluejays' 4x400 squad of Redmond,
Andrew Matuszewski,
Jamal Slaven and Tchangwa finished third in 3:34.16.

Jeremy Inniss scored a third-place finish in the long jump after leaping to a distance of 5.96 meters. Ricky Martinez and Brett von Schwedler both tied for seventh place in high jump after they each cleared a height of 1.75 meters. In the triple jump, von Schwedler added a third-place finish with a jump of 12.10 meters.
Matt Tobin secured third place in the pole vault after clearing a height of 4.05 meters.
