ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Elmhurst College women's cross country team totaled 506 points to place 19th out of 38 teams at the NCAA Midwest Regional hosted by Augustana College.

Washington University won the team title with 24 points while the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire placed second with 115 points. The University of Chicago rounded out the top three with 146 points.

Lauren Williams was Elmhurst's top finisher, crossing the finish line in 23:25.0 to place 49th overall. Mariola Grzybowska added an 83rd place finish with a time of 24:11.1 while Hannah Williams finished in 99th place in 24:26.0. Maria Luna completed the course in 25:14.8 to place 141st while Elyse Christofanelli finished in 144th place with a time of 25:16.0.

Lauren Baldacci (156th place in 25:27.4) and Rachel Gibson (212th place in (27:20.2) completed the Bluejays' top-seven.
