WHEATON, Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's tennis team dropped to 3-5 overall and 0-1 in CCIW play after suffering an 8-1 loss to Wheaton College.

Wheaton won five of the six singles contests and swept all three doubles matches en route to the 8-1 victory. David Devaney scored Elmhurst's only point of the day by toppling Jordan Williams 6-3, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.

The Bluejays travel to Concordia University-Chicago on Thursday, April 8.
