ELMHURST, Ill. – Four members of the Elmhurst University men's lacrosse team have been recognized by the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) with All-Region IV honors, headlined by junior attacker Eli Spence, who was named the Region IV Offensive Player of the Year.
Spence, a junior, earned First Team All-Region and Offensive Player of the Year honors after a record-setting season in which he led NCAA Division III in points per game (7.4), finishing with 111 points on 64 goals and 47 assists. The standout attacker also collected First Team All-CCIW honors and was named the CCIW Offensive Student-Athlete of the Year. His postseason accolades include USILA Third Team All-American, USA Lacrosse Honorable Mention All-American, and Elmhurst's 2024–25 Male Athlete of the Year.
Joining Spence on the IMLCA All-Region IV First Team is junior face-off specialist Tony Vazquez. A dominant presence at the X, Vazquez won 244 of 377 face-offs (64.7%) and scooped up a team-best 134 ground balls. His performance also earned him First Team All-CCIW honors and CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year recognition.
Junior defender Matt Koshiol was selected to the All-Region IV Second Team after anchoring the Bluejay defense throughout the season. Starting all 15 games, Koshiol racked up 19 caused turnovers and 34 ground balls, while also picking up Honorable Mention All-American honors from the USILA.
Rounding out the Bluejays' All-Region honorees is senior midfielder Pete Grebe, who received Honorable Mention recognition. Grebe appeared in all 16 games and totaled 34 points on 25 goals and 9 assists, earning Second Team All-CCIW accolades.
