LOCKPORT, Ill. - The Elmhurst University women's bowling team traveled to Lewis University for the Flyer Classic that involved team from all over the country even. 

The Bluejays would finish 19th overall with a 3-7 records, 2-3 in traditional matches and 1-4 in baker matches.

Lorrie Decker was the best bowler for the Bluejays as she placed 55th overall while bowling a high of 204 and an average score of 187.20.

Other top performers for the Bluejays include Mary Graves in 66th place with a high score of 225 and an average score of 177.20. Right behind her was teammate Kylie Fiermuga as she scored a high of 172 and an average score of 160.20. Contessa Szymczak would follow behind her in 96th overall with a high of 172 and an average of 144.50. Teresa Duffrin would follow suit in 107th position with a high of 165 and an average score of 155.33. Lastly, Gabriela Figueria would place 124th with a high of 170 and an average score of 148.

The Bluejays will be back in action at the Big Red Invitational as they travel to the University of Nebraska on Feb. 21st-23rd
