ELMHURST, Ill. - 19 Elmhurst University softball student-athletes earned Scholar All-American honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA). Additionally, the team was ranked among the nations best in grade point average.

The team paced the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) in selections, with 19 of the league's 45 honorees hailing from Elmhurst. Student-athletes who earned a 3.5 GPA or above in the 2022-23 season were eligible for the honor. 

The Bluejays also recorded a 3.54 cumulative team GPA in 2022-23, placing the team in a tie for 66th in the nation with Marywood University and Neumann University, and just one point behind fellow conference member Millikin.
