WHEATON, Ill. - The Elmhurst University men's tennis team dropped their CCIW conference opener, 0-9, at Wheaton College Monday afternoon.

Elmhurst (3-3, 0-1 CCIW) struggled to pick up momentum during the match, dropping both doubles contests that were held. The Bluejays won just eight total sets during singles play, with Ben Cavka dropping a match to Jack Booker of the Thunder 6-3, 6-1 and both Russell Reyes and Charalampos Vasilopoulos dropping their matches by scores of 6-2, 6-0.
