JOLIET, Ill. - The Elmhurst University men's golf team shot a one-day total of 306 to place second at the University of St. Francis Fall Invitational at Wedgewood Golf Course.

The Bluejays finished 11 strokes out of first place as Roosevelt University won the team title with a 295. The host school finished third with a 311. The Bluejays' second squad finished in seventh-place with a 321. 

Ethan Green led the Bluejays by shooting a four-over 75 to tie for sixth place. Nick Gargani and Will Sherman both carded scores of 76 to finish one stroke behind Green and tie for ninth place. Iain Purdom added a 79 (tied for 20th) and Mitch Benson shot an 80 (tied for 25th) for the Bluejays. 

The Bluejays' B team was led by John Cranmore's 78 (tied for 18th). Nick Parisi carded a 79 (tied for 20th) and Sean Hunt finished with a round of 80 (tied for 25th). Dino DiGrazia and Drake Van Nostran both shot an 84 on the day to tie for 35th place.
