NCAA Regional Rankings

ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst College softball team has cracked the first edition of the NCAA Regional Rankings. The Bluejays are currently ranked sixth in the Great Lakes Region.

The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin is well represented in the regional rankings as four CCIW squads appear in the top-six. Illinois Wesleyan University (25-4) ranks first followed by Augustana College (19-7) and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (18-10). Carthage College is in fourth place (23-3) and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is in fifth place (21-5).

Elmhurst currently sits in sixth place as the Bluejays possess a 9-4 record against in-region competition.

The University of Wisconsin-River Falls (19-8) is in seventh place and the University of Chicago (18-8) rounds out the top eight in the region.
