OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Elmhurst College volleyball team split its final two matches at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational to finish the tournament with a 3-1 overall record.

UW-OSHKOSH 3, ELMHURST 2 - Elmhurst dropped a five-set marathon match with 11th-ranked UW-Oshkosh to open the tournament's second day. UW-Oshkosh rallied to take the match 15-25, 25-23, 20-25, 26-24, 15-4.

Meghan Mullaney (Elmhurst/York) led the Bluejays with 12 kills and 15 digs in the loss. Alison Friedrich (Wadsworth/Zion-Benton) added 10 kills. Emily Hilliker (Franklin Grove/Ashton Franklin) finished wtih nine kills and 26 assists while Caitlin O'Hara (Lemont/H.s.) added eight blocks and four kills. Katie Buechel (Fond du Lac, Wis./H.S.) added 13 digs in the loss.

ELMHURST 3, NORTHLAND 1 - The Bluejays rallied to take their final match of the tournament, defeating Northland College 20-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-20.

Friedrich led the Bluejays with seven kills while O'Hara totaled six kills and three blocks in the win. Buechel added 14 digs and an ace.

Friedrich and Buechel were both named to the all-tournament team.
