NAPERVILLE, Ill. – For the third time this season, outside hitter, Katie Hurta, has been recognized as the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Offensive Player of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

In a 2-0 week for the Bluejays, Hurta put down 40 total kills, averaging 5 kills/set, in addition to hitting .458 across both matches. The Palos Hills, Ill. native added 22 digs and five blocks to her stat line as well.

Hurta remains among the best in the conference in hitting percentage (3^rd - .339), kills/set (2^nd – 3.65), and points/set (2^nd – 4.03).
