WHITEWATER, Wis. - The Elmhurst College volleyball team fell to 21-13 overall after dropping a pair of matches to nationally ranked teams at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational.

Elmhurst began the day with a 3-0 loss to 11th-ranked UW-Whitewater and then fell 3-1 to seventh-ranked UW-Oshkosh.

UW-WHITEWATER 3, ELMHURST 0 - Elmhurst fell to 21-12 following a 23-25, 22-25, 13-25 loss to UW-Whitewater. Alison Friedrich led the Bluejays in the loss, finishing with seven kills, seven digs and two blocks. Caitlin O'Hara added six kills and three blocks while Morgan Jones and Meghan Mullaney added five kills apiece. Emily Hilliker finished with 12 assists while Lindy Melville finished with 11 assists. Jameela Chaudhry finished with eight digs in the loss.

UW-OSHKOSH 3, ELMHURST 1 - The Bluejays slipped to 21-13 after a 21-25, 19-25, 25-19, 23-25 loss to UW-Oshkosh. O'Hara led the charge with 13 kills in the loss. Friedrich finished with nine kills and 10 digs while Jones added six kills and seven blocks. Melville finished with a team-high 22 assists while Hilliker added 16 assists.
