ELMHURST, Ill. – The Elmhurst University men's basketball program was recognized for its outstanding work in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year, earning a National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Team Academic Excellence Award while placing five student-athletes on the prestigious NABC Honors Court.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Award recognizes programs that achieve a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher during the academic year. Elmhurst was one of more than 400 men's college basketball programs from across all NCAA divisions to receive the distinction for the 2025-26 season.
In addition to the team honor, five Bluejays were named to the 2025-26 NABC Honors Court. The award recognizes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the academic year with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or higher.
