ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst University women's lacrosse team hosted Lewis & Clark College on Sunday, March 23rd 

The Bluejays (5-3) were leb by Gracie Eastman as she netted three goals and two assists. 

The Pioneers (6-1) were led by the combination of Kate Meinhard and Aviana Gonzales as they both scored four goals and three assists. 

In the First quarter the Pioneers would take a commanding four to zero lead as the Jays struggled early to stop their attack. MC Brown would then score two quick goals, both assisted by Eastman, to end the First quarter 4-2. The Jays would then score an early goal in the Second quarter to bring the game to 4-3. However the Pioneers would show off their offensive capability scoring five straight goals to end the half up 9-3.

The Pios would then add two more goals with Eastman also able to grab one to make it 11-4 in favor of the Pioneers. Lewis & Cark would then score five more straight goals yet again to make it 16-4 at the end of the Third quarter. The Pioneers would score three more in the Fourth quarter and Eastman would get one back to make the final score 19-5.
