The Bluejays showed resilience and composure throughout a game defined by momentum swings, defensive pressure, and clutch possessions on both ends.
Elmhurst set the tone early, playing with pace and confidence while generating quality looks on the offensive end. The Bluejays closed the opening half with a narrow lead behind efficient shooting and strong ball movement, using transition opportunities to keep Coe on its heels.
Dominic Trelenberg led Elmhurst with 17 points and seven rebounds, scoring at multiple levels and providing a steady presence throughout the contest. His ability to attack the basket and finish through contact kept the Bluejays within striking distance during critical stretches of the second half.
