ELMHURST, Ill. - The Elmhurst University women's tennis team dropped their season and conference-opening matchup against Carthage College, 0-7, Wednesday afternoon at Lester Brune Tennis Courts.

Elmhurst (0-1, 0-1 CCIW) was unable to gain momentum on the day, dropping the doubles point and failing to secure a win in singles play, allowing Carthage (1-0, 1-0 CCIW) to secure the victory.

UP NEXT

The Bluejays will travel to Wisconsin Lutheran College this Friday, Sept. 6, for a 12:30 p.m. start.
