ELMHURST, Ill. - Ten Bluejay student-athletes earned placements on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large teams, as announced by the professional organization Tuesday afternoon.

On the men's side, the men's lacrosse team saw three student-athletes selected to the team (Andrew Lacksonen, Tommy Smyth, Eli Spence), with Spence moving on to the Academic All-America ballot for his outstanding work on and off the field. Men's wrestling was represented by Troy Mock, while Mitch Benson earned a selection for the men's golf team.

Regan Bobich and Rachel Fratt of women's golf earned spots on the team for a second-straight season, while women's lacrosse was represented by Gracie Eastman and Kendall Schieppe. Autumn Kaladay of Elmhurst women's bowling was also selected to the team.

The 2024 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Sports represented in the at-large category include men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's golf, women's bowling, and men's wrestling among other NCAA sports.
