DECATUR, Ill. - The Elmhurst University baseball team was stopped by Millikin University, 2-12, in eight innings Monday evening.
, Elmhurst (6-17, 2-5 CCIW) scored just two runs and five hits throughout the game, while struggling to keep the Big Blue (14-10, 5-1 CCIW) offense at bay.
Rock Smith was the only Bluejay to provide any offense, doubling to left-center in the fifth to score Elmhurst's only two runs, while 
Jaden Mitchell, 
Ryan Thrawl, 
Blake Gould, and 
Freddie March were the other Jays to grab hits in the game.

Elmhurst returns to Butterfield Park tomorrow, April 9, at 4:00 p.m. to host the North Park Vikings.
