Rock Island Ill. - The Elmhurst women's lacrosse team traveled to Augustana College where their comeback was nearly completed.
Bluejays (2-8, 0-3 CCIW), were led by Graice Eastman as she scored five goals on the night.
Andrea Murtland scored three goals as well,
MC Brown scored two goals, and
Kendall Schieppe added an assist.
Savannah Sannes made 15 saves on the night.
Vikings (2-7, 1-1 CCIW), were led by Madison Langewisch as she scored seven goals on the night.
It was a back and forth affair in the first quarter as both teams would score but the Vikings would pull ahead 5-3 at the end of the first, with goals coming from Eastman and two from Murtland. The second was again back and forth as the Bluejays got goals from Brown and Eastman, but they would leave the half down 8-5. The third would be all Vikings as they would push the score to 13-5. In the fourth quarter the Bluejays would answer with five straight goals from Brown, Murtland and three from Eastman. This would not be enough for the Bluejays to overcome the deficit and lost 14-10.

The Bluejays will travel to North Central College on Saturday, April 13th for their last away game of the season.
