Naperville Ill. - The Elmhurst women's lacrosse team traveled to North Central College for their last road game of the season on Saturday morning.
Bluejays (2-8, 0-3 CCIW), were led by
Andrea Murtland with a goal and an assist. Graice Eastman and
Hannah Jacob both scored a goal.
Sabrina Scola had an assist on the day along with
Savannah Sannes making 19 saves on the day.
Cardnials (7-3, 2-0 CCIW), were led by Annelise Oster with five goals and two assist on the day.
The Bluejays scored one goal in the first quarter by Eastman but trailed the Cardnials 4-1. In the second and third quarters the Cardnials continued to add taking a 14-1. The Bluejays would score a couple goals from Jacob and Murtland, but would end up falling to the Cardinals 16-3.
