Westmont Ill. - The Elmhurst women's bowling team was back in action for their first contest of 2024 at the D3 Invite where they captured second place over the weekend.
The Bluejays went 4-3 overall, going 2-1 in traditional matches and 2-2 in baker matches.
The top bowler for the Bluejays was
Lorrie Decker, she averaged a 193 points over four traditional matches with a high of 206. Other top performers were Kylie Fiemuga as she was able to bowl an average score of 171 points in four traditional matches and a high of 182, and
Mary Graves as she bowled an average of 160 points in four traditional matches with a high of 181.

The Bluejays will be back in action from Feb.9-11th in Lockport, Ill. at the Storm Flyer Classic hosted by Lewis University at Strike and Spare II.
