ROCK ISLAND, ILL.- The Elmhurst women's bowling squad improved to 10-2 on the season after recording a perfect 4-0 record against Illinois Wesleyan University and North Central College.
The Bluejays opened the day with an 852-607 win over Illinois Wesleyan. Elena Vezma led the Bluejays with a 220 in the win.
Kiersten Henderson posted a 200 while
Katherine Pettinger bowled a 168. The Bluejays made it 2-0 against the Titans by defeating Illinois Wesleyan 849-578 in a Baker format.
Elmhurst ended the day with back-to-back wins over North Central for the second week in a row. The Bluejays topped the Cardinals with a convincing 866-493 win in a standard match. Pettinger carried Elmhurst in the victory with a 222.
Makaylah Jones assisted her with a 191 and Henderson added an 177. Elmhurst wrapped the weekend up with a 668-570 Baker win over North Central.
