Box Score MEQUON, Wis. - Jordan Fletcher headed home a goal in the final minutes of double overtime to lift the Elmhurst men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Concordia University (Wis.).

After being outshot 5-3 in the opening half, the Bluejays offense picked up the pace in the second half, outshooting Concordia 12-2, but could not put the ball in the back of the net.

The game remained scoreless after one overtime before Fletcher scored the game-winner with just 3:04 left on the clock in the second overtime. Alex Safford served the ball into the box from the midfield and Fletcher headed the ball past Concordia keeper Eric Vogel to give Elmhurst the win.

Elmhurst (6-2-1) outshot Concordia 19-9 in he contest and enjoyed an 8-5 edge in corner kicks.

John Reglin improved to 5-2-1 in the net while picking up the shutout for the Bluejays. Reglin stopped both shots he faced in the opening half to earn the victory. Vogel stopped six shots while taking the loss for Concordia (3-5-1).

Elmhurst kicks off CCIW play by traveling to Illinois Wesleyan University on October 4.
