Box Score ANGOLA, Ind. - The Elmhurst men's soccer team moved to 4-1-1 on the season after playing Adrian College to a 1-1 double-overtime draw at the Trine University Tournament.

Adrian (2-2-2) jumped on the scoreboard first when Marcus Phipps scored on a breakaway goal in the 18th minute.

Elmhurst quickly evened the score as Michael Delong sprung Josh Rudd for a breakaway goal to even the score at 1-1 in the 35th minute.

Neither team could find the back of the net for the remainder of the game as the contest finished as a 1-1 tie.

Elmhurst outshot Adrian 20-11, including a 3-0 edge in extra time. The Bluejays also had a 17-10 edge in corner kicks.

John Reglin recorded fives saves in goal for the Bluejays while Niko Giantsopoulous stopped eight shots for the Bulldogs.

Elmhurst hosts Carroll University on September 18.
