Box Score DECATUR, Ill. - The Elmhurst men's soccer team's CCIW struggles continued as the squad slipped to 0-5 in league play and was mathematically eliminated from the CCIW Tournament with a 2-0 loss at Millikin University.

Despite outshooting Millikin 14-9 in the contest, the Bluejays were unable to find the back of the net.

Millikin's Zach Solorio scored an unassisted goal in the 38th minute to put the Big Blue on top 1-0. Millikin's Kevin Price scored on a Michael Burns' pass in the 65th minute to put the game out of reach.

Elmhurst's Jordan Collier suffered the loss in net, allowing two goals while recording two saves. Millikin's Daniel Sinclair stopped three shots to record the shutout for the Big Blue.

Elmhurst sipped to 8-9 overall with the loss while Millikin improved to 5-11 overall and 1-5 in the CCIW.

Elmhurst hosts Carthage College on October 24.
