NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Elmhurst College volleyball team ran its winning streak to 15 by scoring a pair of victories at the Benedictine University Eagle Invitational.
Elmhurst, ranked 17th in the latest AVCA poll, opened the day by toppling Benedictine 25-16, 20-25, 25-23, 25-14. The Bluejays closed the day with a 25-21, 25-7, 25-13 sweep of Edgewood College.
ELMHURST 3, BENEDICTINE 1 - Elmhurst opened the one-day tournament with a four-set victory over the host Eagles.

Megan Reynolds and
Kaitlyn Wilks combined for 28 kills and nine blocks. in the victory. Reynolds pounded down 17 kills and registered six blocks while Wilks added 11 kills and three blocks.
Antonéya Veasy Smith and
Taylor Rasmussen added nine kills apiece while while
Sam Szarmach finished with seven. Szarmach added 17 digs while Veasy Smith finished with 13.
Perrie Morgan led the squad in digs with 26.
Katie Rueffer finished with a team-leading 25 assists while
Erin Thill added 21.
ELMHURST 3, EDGEWOOD 0 - The Bluejays won their 15th straight match by sweeping Edgewood in three sets.
Reynolds led the way for Elmhurst with 10 kills and three blocks, earning all-tournament honors in the process. Rasmussen chipped in with six kills while Szarmach, and Wilks finished with five apiece. Morgan totaled a team-leading 15 digs. Thill led the squad in assists with 19 while Rueffer finished with 14. Elmhurst totaled nine aces in the match, with Thill recording a team-leading five.
Elmhurst (28-4) hosts Illinois Wesleyan University on Tuesday (November 1) in a CCIW Tournament play-in match.
