WHEATON, ,Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's soccer team kicked off the 2010 season by falling to 13th-ranked Ohio Wesleyan University 1-0 at Bob Baptista Tournament hosted by Wheaton College.
The two teams played a scoreless first half, but Ohio Wesleyan's Tyler Bryant cracked the scoreboard in the 72nd minute. Bryant scored the game's only goal off a feed from Travis Wall to lift Ohio Wesleyan to the 1-0 victory.
Sebastian Domczewski took the loss in the net for the Bluejays, despite allowing just one goal. He recorded four saves in the loss. Paul Hendricks stopped both shots he faced to earn the shutout for Ohio Wesleyan.
Elmhurst will look to rebound tomorrow when they take on the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology at 2:00 p.m.
