WHITEWATER, Wis. - The Elmhurst College volleyball team upped its record to 23-10 on the season by scoring a pair of victories at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational.

Elmhurst opened the tournament with a 25-5, 25-14, 25-10 victory over Finlandia University and closed out the night with a 25-12, 25-14, 25-23 win over Lakeland College.

ELMHURST 3, FINLANDIA 0 - Elmhurst won its third straight match with a three-set victory over Finlandia. Megan Reynolds powered the Bluejays' attack, totaling 10 kills, three aces, and three blocks. Kaitlyn Wilks added six kills, three aces, and three blocks for Elmhurst. Katie Rueffer totaled 12 assists and three aces while Erin Thill tallied 10 assists.

ELMHURST 3, LAKELAND 0 - The Bluejays scored their 13th victory out of their last 15 matches with a three-set win over Lakeland College. Antonéya Veasy Smith tallied 10 kills and three blocks to lead the Bluejays in the victory. Hannah Lessen added seven kills while Melissa Miehlke totaled six. Rueffer and Thill each totaled 15 assists in the victory. Perrie Morgan chipped in with 15 digs and and two aces while Reynolds totaled a team-leading five blocks. 

Elmhurst faces Luther College and the host Warhawks on the tournament's second day on Saturday (October 30).
