ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Elmhurst College men's soccer team played Augustana College to a 2-2 draw to move to 12-5-1 on the season.

Elmhurst (2-3-1 CCIW) trailed in the early minutes after Augustana (6-8-2, 1-5-1 CCIW) after Dan Hogan scored in the third minute and added a goal in the 12th minute.

The Bluejays answered back in the 14th minute when Jon Brehm scored his 16th goal of the season.  The Bluejays evened the game early in the second half when Matt Sterner scored off a Brian McMahon assist in the the 49th minute.

A late red card on Elmhurst left the Bluejays shorthanded for the final minutes of regulation and both overtime periods.

Sebastian Domczewski recorded eight saves in goal for Elmhurst.

Elmhurst hosts Carthage College on Wednesday, October 29.
