NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Elmhurst College women's volleyball team swept a pair of matches at the Tiffany Robinson Memorial Tournament hosted by North Central on Friday night. Both contests were decided in straight sets, just the third and fourth time this season that the Bluejays were able to put away an opponent in the minimum.

The Bluejays opened tournament play by besting Trinity International 25-22, 25-15, 25-22.
Caitlin O'Hara paced the offensive attack with 14 kills. Morgan Jones was the only other Bluejay to reach double-digit kills, tallying 11 to go along with three blocks (two solo). Alison Friedrich contributed eight finishers. Defensively Lisa Burger led Elmhurst with 12 digs. Emily Hilliker and Lindy Melville each dished out 13 assists.

Elmhurst made it two straight at the tournament by dispatching St. Norbert 25-21, 25-23, and 25-21.
Caitlin O'Hara again led the charge, posting a match high 14 kills. Alison Friedrich notched 11 put-aways, and Morgan Jones also hit double figures with 10 kills while posting a pair of solo blocks at the net. Lisa Burger and Meghan Mullaney eached recorded four digs.
Elmhurst (12-9) has won four of its last five matches and continues play in the tournament on Saturday morning at 10:00am against Robert Morris-Springfield and Trine.
