Education:
Labadessa had graduated with a double-major in Finance and Economics at Dominican University.
Prior Experience:
Labadessa played for Coach Cameron Andrew and was a four-year-starter at Dominican University, earning Freshman of the Year (2017), all-conference (2017/2018), and all-tournament team accolades throughout her duration with the program. As a setter, she was ranked in the top five in the NACC for assists, assists per set, service aces and services aces per set each season with the Stars. Labadessa remains in the top seven in Dominican's all-time leaderboard for assists and service aces.
Labadessa has coached for both Triple Ace Volleyball Club and New Wave Volleyball Club. She has coached ages that fluctuate from 13-17. Labadessa also had contributed to bi-weekly setter training during her time with New Wave.
Along with being a Bluejay coach, Labadessa also works for a professional services firm focused on transformation consulting.
