Tadd Maltby

Tadd Maltby

Tadd Maltby is entering his first season as the head women's tennis coach at Elmhurst College.

Maltby took over the programs after former men’s and women’s head coach Aaron Rusnak left the College to pursue other opportunities.

A former Division I tennis player at Marquette University, Maltby holds an Elite level certification from the United States Professional Tennis Association. He is currently the Director of Racquet Sports at the Dunham Woods Riding Club in Wayne, Ill.

Maltby was a scholarship athlete at Marquette from 1980-84 and played No. 1 singles for the Warriors. Tennis runs in the family as Maltby raised and coached three tennis playing daughters (Meredith, Caroline and Alexandra). Two of his daughters received Division I scholarships to play tennis. Maltby has spent the past two years at Dunham Woods where he’s helped grow participation in the tennis program by nearly 20 percent.

Maltby and his wife, Terri, reside in Glen Ellyn.
