Madeleine Sherrier is in her second year as a graduate assistant coach for the women's lacrosse team.
Sherrier played varsity lacrosse and served as a team captain at Lake Zurich High School before attending Montana State University.Â
While she was a freshman at Montana State, she helped start the Gallatin Valley Lacrosse League in Bozemann, Montana. She coached the girl's high school squad while also serving on the league's board of directors. In her time with the league, she led both the middle school and high school teams to state championship titles.
Sherrier earned her bachelor's degree in writing from Montana State in 2015 She will be working on a master's degree in project management at Elmhurst.
